Report to the Commissioner No. 2

Read through the first 22 chapters of  The Achilles Factor and skimmed through the rest of the second draft. Concluded it doesn’t work.

Don’t feel ready to give up on it, decided to think about it for a week.

Objective: Rethink the plot using How to Write a Movie in 21 Days by Viki King.  See if that works.
